Jamal Leads The Way
Jamal Anderson netted three first half goals, and Christian Coridon's first this season was the game winner as the EW Rams beat the Wall Tornadoes 8-2 on Sunday afternoon. Trailing 2-0 early in the match, the EW Rams rebounded to net eight goals, five of which were the direct result of tremendous assists by Umair Sayeed, Thomas Prummer, David Winick, Sean Dailey, and Jamal Anderson.

Aggressive attack by Charlie Hulme and Christian Coridon led to two goals a piece, and Sean converted his fourth in a scoring frenzy that included a Rams record eight consecutive goals. The Rams determined effort to win loose balls and make positive plays were keys to victory, and Gregory Ewanis, Christopher Coridon, TJ Korsah, and Jack Metzheiser successfully challenged loose balls to guide the Rams past the Tornadoes. For the second straight match the Rams entrusted the keeper tandem of Watkins & Anderson, and the duo did not disappoint in handling a pair of shots each to secure victory.

Next week the Rams host the Battle of Monmouth Cyclones (2-1). The Cyclones and Rams played a friendly this past winter; a match the Rams won 8-7.
