| Victory Under
The Lights |
The Rams
pre-played their November 4th game
against The Freehold Strikers on
Tuesday the 16th under the lights at
the Airport Road complex. This was
the second match for these two teams
and a win was on the minds of the
Rams players.
The tone was set in the first minute
of the game when Jamal had an
unbelievable save. However, Oliver
relieved an injured Jamal early in
the first half. Giovanni was an
assisting machine as he assisted
teammates Christopher and Gregory as
they were able to slide one past
Freehold’s keeper.
Rams, with a 2–nil lead, looked
smashing in the first half. Freehold
went on to show their resilience and
tied the game 2–2. The Rams went on
the attack and Christopher posted
another goal giving the Rams the
advantage. Rams solid defense held
Freehold off, denying any
opportunity to score.
The team secured their third win for
the season with exhilarating play
under the lights. |
